Ready to book in your first class… or your next class? We are excited to offer our community a timetable with over 35 classes each week. Not sure where to start? Scroll down for a description of our class styles.

Class Styles

  • Giving you a little taste of everything, our OPEN class is a great starting point for beginners, however we offer lots of options throughout class, meaning that regular reformer users can challenge themselves too. In this class we will explore all that the reformer has to offer & give you a full body strength workout.

  • Are you ready to work at little harder & push your heart rate higher? Then our ATHLETIC is the class for you! Featuring our jump boards, things will move a little faster in this class, so expect to leave a sweaty mess! We suggest trying 3-5 Open Reformer classes before trying Athletic.

    **NOT SUITABLE FOR PREGNANCIES, if you’re not too sure if Athletic is the class for you, simply ask our instructors in studio or send us an email hello@aintreepilates.com.au

  • Let’s step it up a notch & focus on getting STRONG. This class will challenge you by taking your favourite reformer exercises & adding extra elements of strength, balance & difficulty. We suggest trying 3-5 Open Reformer Classes before trying Next Level.

  • Don’t let the name fool you, this class will still challenge you! We shift our attention to reaching a little further, holding a little longer, and giving your body a good stretch out. We hope this class leaves you feeling bendy & zen. This class is suitable for beginners.
